Michael works in C&W’s Office Leasing and the Data Center Advisory Group where he works on one of the largest top producing teams in Canada. Michael has worked on major site selection accounts including projects for Fortune 100 companies, capital market transactions including land, industrial properties and off market transactions, office leasing transactions, written specialized consulting reports, financial analysis for clients, and with teams to create, manage and implement listing programs across North America.

Shaunak Pandit – Morrison Hershfield

Shaunak is a principal with over 28 years of experience designing and evaluating mechanical systems for critical facilities. His wide spectrum of work experiences has allowed him exposure to emerging trends in process and design technologies, and an opportunity to adapt and integrate these technologies into solutions spanning different industry sectors.

Bernie Oegema – Siemens Canada

Bernie is a data center professional with over three decades of experience designing and retrofitting mission critical facilities of all types; enterprise, edge, colocation, hyperscale & High Performance Computing (HPC). He is passionate about reducing energy consumption, reuse of energy and reducing environmental impact overall, while maintaining the reliability and flexibility required for the specific applications.

Zenon has directed multi-disciplinary consultant teams on some of WZMH’s largest projects. He has a strong record of performance, meeting tight schedules on fast track projects, including several data centres in Canada and internationally, the Peel Region Headquarters and Police Facility and a number of corporate office interiors.
