We continually review and improve the effectiveness of this system and are committed to ensuring that our deliverables consistently satisfy the needs and requirements of our clients as defined in our contracts and agreements.
Our QMS applies to all activities and practices related to the provision of engineering and management services by all operational business units in Canada and the USA. It provides direction and guidance for the consistent, effective and efficient operation of the business for the benefit of our clients. The system functions within a “continuous improvement loop” that captures all critical processes, links them together, and places responsibility at every level where quality is impacted.
