Shaunak Pandit is the Vice-President of Mission Critical Facilities and a Principal at Morrison Hershfield. He is also our Mechanical Practice Lead for Critical Facilities. Shaunak brings over 25 years of experience in designing and evaluating mechanical and control systems for data centers, LAN rooms and switch rooms, 24×7 central utility plants, cogeneration plants, transit facilities, laboratories, healthcare facilities, industrial manufacturing facilities and hydro-power plants amongst others. His experience spans the entire gamut of engineering services, starting with master planning, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies through to detailed design, contract administration and start-up and commissioning. The wide spectrum of work experiences has allowed Shaunak an exposure to emerging trends in the process and design technologies, and an opportunity to adapt and integrate these technologies into design solutions spanning different industry sectors.
