Texas MS 150: National Multiple Sclerosis Society
May 2, 2020 - May 3, 2020
Team Morrison Hershfield will once again be participating in the Bike MS: Texas MS 150! Bike MS is the largest fundraising bike series in the world. Each year, nearly 75,000 cyclists and more than 6,000 teams ride together to change the world for people with MS. The Texas MS 150 is a two day, 150 + mile ride starting in Houston and ending in Austin, which raises funds and awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Previous Routes
Morrison Hershfield gears up for this annual event. Last year’s team of seven, including five staff, cycled hours a day to cover a total of 170 miles in two days! The team began their journey in Houston, TX, stopped over in LaGrange at the end of Day 1, and carried on to the finish line in Austin, next to the State Capitol building, at the end of Day 2. The team raised over $5000 to make a difference in the lives of people affected by MS.
Although the event itself takes place over just one weekend, we welcome all bikers to join our organized team training rides, individual training and lessons on bicycle maintenance. Read more about our involvement in last year’s event here.
