Municipal Session: Quality Monitoring During Construction

This session will provide the background and evolution of Schedule 11 “Quality Management System” within Infrastructure Ontario’s (IO’s) procurements specific to the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) transportation infrastructure projects. In a round table discussion, the panel will explore the benefits and challenges of the IQAF regime to date, and the future vision of the Quality Management requirements, lessons learned for a more efficient collaboration between the Contracting Authority and the Project Company in achieving successful completion of P3 projects.
