Good Hope Lake Transfer Station

The new transfer station facility provides the flexibility and storage needed to accommodate municipal solid waste and recyclables. We provided the Assessment, Planning, Design and Construction administration for the First Nations community project which utilized local contractors where possible to maximize the economic benefits to the community. Chilliwack Organic Waste Transfer Station

The new transfer station at the Bailey Landfill receives organic waste for transfer to a processing facility. Morrison Hershfield was part of the design-build team that assessed options for the new facility that has capacity to receive up to 25,000 - 30,000 tonnes of waste per year. (Chilliwack, BC)


Church Road Transfer Station

The capacity of the facility was expanded and the collection of organic waste was added during a project that included integrated design including sustainability (LEED), commissioning, energy modeling and environmental consultation. (Nanaimo, BC)
