The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has just opened a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) on the Queen Elizabeth Way at Glendale Avenue in Niagara on-the-Lake. As the main consultants and contractor responsible for the design-build of this first DDI in Ontario, Morrison Hershfield and Brennan Paving & Construction will share the nuances of this unique project from conception to commissioning.
