Morrison Hershfield developed preliminary energy modeling during the pursuit of the project, and maintained and updated the model during the delivery phase to confirm energy goals were met as the design developed. Lifecycle Renewal Analysis

As part of life cycle renewal analysis, Morrison Hershfield performed energy modeling to evaluate building energy use reduction options for six office buildings undergoing interior workspace renewals. (Troon and Cedar Court, Microsoft Campuses – Redmond, WA)

 

Deep Carbon Retrofit Energy Audits

Morrison Hershfield performed ASHRAE Level 3+ energy audits on the City of Edmonton’s existing municipal facilities including fire halls, police stations, bus garages, recreation centers and offices, targeting deep carbon retrofits using calibrated energy modeling. Whole Building Energy Simulations

Morrison Hershfield completed an early parametric energy modeling study to provide design guidance and compliance modeling at the University of British Columbia for the national energy code and regional energy targets. (Eton Hall, UBC Campus – Vancouver, BC)
