Office Fit-Up and Data Center Design

We provided all services to a major US telecom provider for the fit-up of existing office space to house relocated staff, as well as a new testing laboratory and data center. (Bellevue, WA)

Greenfield Data Center Design

Utilizing the client’s data center design standards we had produced several years earlier, we designed a 120,000 sq. ft. Tier IV data center for a major US telecom provider. (Northern California)

Greenfield Data Center Design

After designing a similar data center on the west coast and leveraging the lessons learned, we designed a 170,000 sq. ft. Tier IV data center for a major US telecom provider. (Atlanta, GA)

Prefabricated Modular Greenfield Data Center

After completing the standard design of a modular data center that can be deployed anywhere in the owner’s footprint, we designed the adaptation for the first site for a major Canadian telecom provider. (Mississauga, ON)

Colocation Data Center Conversion

We designed a 30,000 sq. ft. data center for a North American colocation provider – the first data center in California to receive Green Globes, Energy Star and LEED Certifications. (Santa Clara, CA)
