The three-story 53,000 SF training centre will include a large training bay, classrooms and administrative areas for 1,400 military and civilian employees. The City Hall is a historic site originally built in 1890. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting related to the roof replacement of the existing BUR roofing and tie-ins to the existing skylights in the east and west elevations. (Victoria, BC)


Nanaimo Airport Terminal Building Renovation and Expansion

The 14,000 SF airport expansion will increase the existing terminal by 60%. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting for the expansion with a focus on improvements to the moisture, water, air, and heat flow control of the building envelope systems. (Cassidy, BC)


Rugby Canada Training Centre

Langford’s new world-class performance centre is a two-story, 19,000 SF facility featuring state-of-the-art amenities. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting and window testing services. To meet the current BC Building Codes, we incorporated sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives to improve, thermal performance and meet ASHRAE 90.1-2010 requirements. (Langford, BC)


Royal Roads University CESIP Building

Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting for modernization of this 100-year-old building that was once a horse stable. A new three-level addition ties-in to the existing building and houses classrooms, labs and office space. (Victoria, BC)
