Vancouver House is transforming the industrial downtown area by introducing over 400 market residential units, 90 market rental units within the 52-story main tower. Aldynne on the Park
Adjacent to Central Park, the 37-story tower features an elegant courtyard and underground parking. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services including design review of exterior glazing, and opaque wall and roof assemblies. (Burnaby, BC)
This 28-story tower is part of a multi-phase development and includes a five-story podium and a six-story amenity wing, housing an indoor pool. Morrison Hershfield is providing building envelope consulting services, including below grade water management for the underground parkade. With its location along the Seymour River and seasonal water fluctuation, below grade waterproofing was of high importance. (Vancouver, BC)
This 13-story, 145,000 SF multi-family apartment building has over 200 residential rental units. The Duke’s ample outdoor space, including the central courtyard, landscaped roof areas, children’s play place and community garden, provides plenty of room for community gathering.
