This quiet neighborhood of townhomes and condominiums has a total of 64 buildings. Morrison Hershfield provided a condition assessment that eventually led to a full strip and re-clad project. National Veterans Memorial & Museum
The Museum is a stunning building featuring a unique concrete arch and curtainwall system. A memorable design befitting a facility of this importance. AC Hotel by Marriott
The new 13-story, hotel totals more than 120,000 SF and is clad with white masonry and metal panel. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services including building envelope design and field review, while also assisting performance testing of the glazing systems. (Portland, OR)
Mountainside High School
At 334,000 SF, Mountainside High School is now the largest comprehensive high school in the state of Oregon. The complex serves 2,200 students and provides traditional classrooms and academic spaces. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope design review, as well as field review to ensure construction complied with project drawings and specifications, helping to deliver a project that met the district’s expectations. Touchmark in the West Hills
An active-adult retirement community offering a self-contained village setting. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting including balcony deck and below grade waterproofing, design and review of above grade opaque wall assemblies, exterior fenestration, roofing assemblies and the interfaces between these assemblies. (Portland, OR)
Franklin High School
Originally constructed in 1915, Franklin High School now totals 240,000 SF of education space, 50% remodelled space and 50% new construction. The restructured building currently accommodates 1,700 students. Morrison Hershfield provided the initial condition assessment of the school prior to the modernization and building envelope design and construction review services. Testing whole building air leakage for the school district demonstrated how the renovation of the historic building improved performance after construction. (Portland, OR)

This significant retirement community contains over 300 single-family and lodge homes across a 44-acre campus. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services including design review for the multi-building independent and assisted living community. (Prescott, AZ)
