U.S. Bank Stadium

The 1,500,000 SF home of the Vikings includes room for up to 72,000 spectators. The lightweight, asymmetrical ETFE roof lets in natural light while protecting players and fans from the elements. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services to the general contractor including reviews of the ETFE roofing, cladding, glazing and waterproofing systems. The integrated approach allowed for one field technician to review multiple systems concurrently, reducing time and costs. (Minneapolis, MN)

 

Allianz Field

The Minnesota United MLS Soccer Stadium holds over 19,000 fans. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services for traditional roofing systems, tension fabric roofing, façade, glazed assemblies and opaque wall systems. The bowl-shaped stadium creates a winning fan experience by enhancing views, acoustics, sunlight and air circulation under a translucent PTFE building skin covering. (Saint Paul, MN)

 

Marq on Main

The two, four-story apartment buildings accommodate 201 units and have low slope membrane roofs. Morrison Hershfield consulted on the green roofing and plaza waterproofing at the amenity areas. The buildings were designed to create a sustainable living environment for the Marquette University Lisle residents. (Lisle, IL)

 

Lindell Place Apartments

The six-story building features exterior brick and stucco veneer, with aluminum windows and patios. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services including the design review of the exterior glazing, below grade waterproofing, and above grade assemblies to ensure the cost-effective delivery of this project.
