The City of Calgary Facility Assessments

This high-rise, mixed-use tower located in Calgary’s East Village is the city’s first parking-free condominium. The building is 16-storeys ihigh with a penthouse, window wall construction and one level of underground bicycle parking. Calgary Cancer Centre
The new 1.2 million SF Calgary Cancer Centre is a world class facility and thub for cancer treatment and research. Morrison Hershfield is providing LEED Fundamental and Enhanced commissioning services and overseeing commissioning activities throughout the design, construction and post-occupancy phases of the project. The CORE complex located in downtown Calgary is one of the largest multi-office and retail centers in Canada spanning three city blocks with a combined gross floor area of over three million SF. Morrison Hershfield provided LEED consulting for this project helping it achieve LEED Gold initial certification under LEED v4.1 O+M: EB in 2020. (Calgary, AB)
The 375,500 SF high-rise commercial office building is located in downtown Calgary. Morrison Hershfield developed numerous solutions to support the appraisal and re-sale of the building including capital planning, retro-commissioning and consulting services to achieve LEED EB: O&M (LEED Canada 2009/v.4) Gold certification. The Guardian Calgary
The 44-story condominium includes four levels of underground parking, floor to ceiling windows and extended balconies that provide solar shading.
