The Libro Credit Union building portfolio encompasses over 30 facilities throughout Southwestern Ontario. All facilities are of varying ages and structural type. Morrison Hershfield provided building condition assessments for the multiple building portfolio. We delivered recommendations for capital needs for future repair and replacement. (Burlington, ON)
The Well, Building B
The 15-story residential building includes a retail component, with a total gross floor area of 14,665 m² and 159 units. Morrison Hershfield provided consulting services including target research and analysis for the Toronto Green Standard Tier II mandatories and three Tier II optional performance measures. The site is currently undergoing excavation and expected occupancy is winter 2021. (Toronto, ON)
