City Creek Center – Salt Lake City

The revitalization of City Creek Center stretches across two city blocks, totaling 23-acres. Sustainable principles were applied to the development of the four new residential towers, two new high-rise office towers, one office tower rehabilitation, 575,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a flowing stream, and parking for 6,000 vehicles. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services including design and construction quality reviews for the roofing, cladding, glazing and waterproofing of this $1.5 Billion dollar complex.

One Empire Pass – Deer Valley

“Bringing the outdoors in” was a key goal for this LEED® Silver certified, luxury residential development featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. Morrison Hershfield provided building envelope consulting services including the design and review of below grade waterproofing, glazing systems, exterior wall assemblies, roof assemblies, horizontal balcony and courtyard.
